SUNCHEM supplies PA6 (Nylon 6, CAS 25038-54-4) and PA66 (Nylon 66, CAS 32131-17-2) in fiber, injection molding, and film grades. Available with viscosity number, relative viscosity, and end-group certification. Packaging: 25kg bags. Minimum order: 1 metric ton.
G-Modified Petroleum Resin (C5/C9, CAS 64742-16-1) is a blend of C5 aliphatic and C9 aromatic fractions, giving lighter color and broader compatibility. N-Modified Petroleum Resin (C9, CAS 68131-77-1) is a pure aromatic resin with higher softening point and stronger adhesion. Both are used in hot-melt adhesives, pressure-sensitive adhesives, and rubber reinforcement.
SUNCHEM supplies PVA (CAS 9002-89-5) in partially hydrolyzed (87-89%) and fully hydrolyzed (98-99%) grades for different viscosity ranges. Applications include textile sizing, paper coating, adhesives (wood glue, water-based), film production, and emulsion polymerization. Molecular weight and degree of hydrolysis can be customized per application.
4,4'-DDS (CAS 80-08-0) is an aromatic diamine used as a curing agent for epoxy resins in high-performance composites, printed circuit boards (PCB), and aerospace applications. It provides excellent thermal stability, chemical resistance, and mechanical properties. Also used in polyimide and polysulfone synthesis.
COPOLYESTER PETG009 (CAS 26780-49-4) is a transparent, tough, and amorphous copolyester suitable for thermoforming, injection molding, and film extrusion. Common applications include food packaging, medical device housings, display panels, and cosmetic containers — where high clarity, impact resistance, and chemical resistance are required.
All products come with COA (Certificate of Analysis), SDS (Safety Data Sheet), and TDS (Technical Data Sheet). For export, SUNCHEM can provide Certificate of Origin (Form E for ASEAN, Form F for China-Korea FTA), REACH compliance statements, and customs documentation for most major markets. Common questions about sourcing, compliance and documentation across our product range.
C5/C9 copolymer petroleum resins combine aliphatic and aromatic feedstocks and are selected for a balance of colour, compatibility, adhesion and softening point. C9 aromatic petroleum resins generally offer stronger aromatic compatibility and may have different colour and thermal characteristics. Performance varies significantly by grade, hydrogenation level and application, so supplier data and formulation trials should be compared.
SUNCHEM can source selected PA6 and PA66 grades for injection moulding, extrusion, fibre and other applications. Available viscosity, additive package, reinforcement, colour and packaging depend on the manufacturer and grade. Buyers should provide the processing method and target properties before grade selection.
Suitability must be confirmed for the exact ingredient, grade, manufacturer, intended use and destination market. SUNCHEM can provide available specifications and supporting documents and can check whether a product is supplied against relevant EU, US FDA, FEMA, FCC or other requirements. Final regulatory approval and permitted use level remain the responsibility of the finished-product manufacturer and importer.
Zinc pyrithione is an antimicrobial ingredient used in certain industrial and formulated-product applications. Permitted uses vary significantly by country and product category, and some former cosmetic uses are restricted in certain markets. Buyers must confirm the intended application, local regulatory status and required grade before sourcing.
Lead time depends on production availability, quality approval, packaging, dangerous-goods booking, destination and shipping method. SUNCHEM confirms an estimated production and transit schedule for each quotation rather than applying one standard delivery time to all products.
SUNCHEM supplies selected solvents and fine-chemical intermediates, including products used in coatings, adhesives, cleaning, extraction and chemical synthesis. Because the current category includes both true solvents and specialty intermediates, buyers should search by product name or CAS number and confirm specification, hazard class and application requirements.
Compliance must be checked for the exact substance, manufacturer, tonnage band, use and destination market. SUNCHEM can request available REACH, RoHS or other regulatory documentation from the selected source, but no category-wide compliance statement should be assumed.
COA and SDS are generally available for suitable products, while TDS and additional analytical documents depend on the exact grade and manufacturer. Documentation should be confirmed before order placement, especially where impurity, colour strength, regulatory or application-specific data are critical.
HEDP is a phosphonate used as a scale and corrosion inhibitor in industrial water systems. It can help control deposits involving calcium salts and metal ions and is used in applications such as cooling-water treatment, boilers and certain cleaning formulations. Performance depends on water chemistry, pH, temperature and the complete treatment program.
Compliance depends on the exact substance, impurity profile, permitted use, concentration and current destination-market rules. SUNCHEM can provide available specifications and analytical information for evaluation, but the formulator and responsible person must confirm that the finished cosmetic product meets applicable regulations.
SUNCHEM can supply selected scale and corrosion inhibitors, biocides, disinfectants, coagulants and other water-treatment chemicals, including phosphonates, isocyanurates and selected brominated or non-oxidizing biocides. Availability and permitted use depend on the exact product, application and destination-market regulations.
Selected amino acids may be available in food, feed, nutraceutical or pharmaceutical grades. The applicable monograph, assay, microbiological limits, endotoxin requirements and supporting certificates depend on the exact product and manufacturer. Buyers should specify the intended use and required FCC, USP, EP, JP or other standard before quotation.
SUNCHEM supplies selected dye and pigment intermediates, aromatic amines, aminophenols, resorcinol derivatives and other specialty chemicals used in coatings, inks, textile dyes and colourant manufacturing. Buyers should provide the exact product or CAS number because end-use suitability and regulatory requirements vary widely.
Available documentation may include a specification, recent COA, SDS, TDS and selected analytical or impurity information for the exact product and manufacturer. Additional items such as residual-solvent data, elemental-impurity information, REACH status or regulatory support must be confirmed case by case according to the intermediate, manufacturing site and destination market.
Carbapenem API availability must be confirmed individually because manufacturing authorization, sterile-processing requirements, patent or market restrictions and regulatory documentation vary by product and destination. Please provide the exact API, grade, quantity and target market for a source review.
GMP status must be verified for the exact API, manufacturing site and destination market. For suitable projects, SUNCHEM can screen manufacturers and provide available GMP certificates, regulatory documents and audit-related information subject to confidentiality and supplier approval. Buyers should complete their own regulatory and quality qualification before commercial use.
Availability of antiretroviral APIs depends on the product, manufacturing authorization, destination market, regulatory status and current supply conditions. Buyers should provide the INN, required pharmacopoeial standard, quantity, market and dossier requirements so that SUNCHEM can confirm whether an appropriate source is available.
