製品概要 & 主な利点
Magnesium hydroxide decomposes at about 330 ℃, absorbing heat and releasing water vapor, which cools the polymer and dilutes the flame; the magnesium oxide residue reduces smoke. Its higher decomposition temperature than ATH lets it be compounded into polypropylene, polyamides and other polymers processed above 200 ℃.
As a high-loading filler, 粒子サイズ, purity and surface treatment decide melt flow and mechanical properties.
Low smoke, ハロゲンフリー
Releases water and reduces smoke, with no halogen.
