Tris(1.3-dichloro-2-propyl) phosphate (TDCPP) is a chlorinated organophosphate and a colorless liquid.

It is soluble in benzene and chloroform, sparingly soluble in ethanol and insoluble in water. And is used as a chlorinating agent and as an intermediate in producing other chemicals such as detergents. 

It is a commercial herbicide and a commercial pesticide. It is so toxic that one single drop of it can kill fish in a small pond. It is also used to synthesize other chemicals.
