CAPB is made from coconut fatty acids, dimethylaminopropylamine and sodium chloroacetate. It is compatible with anionic, cationic and nonionic surfactants; combined with anionics such as SLES it increases foam, thickens the formula with salt, and makes the product milder on skin and eyes. It is used in shampoos, 바디워시, facial cleansers, hand soaps, dishwashing liquids and household cleaners.
CAPB is supplied as an aqueous solution, so active matter — not “assay” — is the number to compare. Our main grade is CAB-35, 약으로 35% active matter.
