PA66 (폴리아미드 66, 나일론 66) has a higher melting point than PA6, so it keeps its stiffness at higher temperature. Modified PA66 — reinforced, toughened or flame-retardant — is used for automotive parts, instrument housings and other parts that need impact resistance and high strength.
