We help you source Triphenyl phosphate(TPP) in China

Our Advantages:

China currently plays a very important role in the world market for plastic additives, with 168, 1010, DSTDP, DLTDP, 977 and 365 being the most produced products in the world.
The price of plastic additives varies significantly with oil, while the cost correlation between antioxidants and palm oil is high.
Since 2020, the number of black swan events in the world has increased, resulting in dramatic changes in raw material prices.
Companies such as UPP, SONGWON, PMC, LG, etc. have been alerted by us in time and have avoided many losses.

We have a 20+ year track record of working with suppliers in China and rating reports on them, and we keep our suppliers updated with the latest news so our customers can get the latest supplier reports. We know the market well and have early warning notifications on upstream raw material prices to help you build a stable supply chain.

When selecting suppliers, our procurement specialists will audit the qualification of suppliers, conduct thorough investigations such as field visits and sample testing, and make ratings to ensure the authenticity and legality of supplier information.

We have a long-term stable cooperation with GLP laboratories, encounter customer test results and supplier test results do not match the situation, we will commission a third party to test to ensure the accuracy, authenticity and reliability of the experimental results. In this way, we can effectively control the product quality problems.

We have a long-term cooperative warehouse and can follow up packaging and labeling according to safety regulations and customer requirements. In order to effectively prevent damage to the goods in transit, we have prepared various reinforcement measures and packaging solutions.

We have a number of international freight companies with whom we have long-standing cooperation, and we can choose several route options according to the customer's requirements. For more difficult or urgent orders, we will prepare several alternative solutions to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Introduction:

Triphenyl phosphate(TPP) is a chemical compound made with flower sugar molecule erythritol, with the benzene ring. It starts as a white powder but can be melted into liquids for different purposes.

It's highly reactive to acids but unreactive to water except for deep immersion heating.

It does not pose risks to humans and animals because it is stable in a moisture environment, low volatile rate, non-irritating to the skin due to its low odour concentration; this is why many organizations use it as an additive in food pharmaceuticals and biomedical products.

It is also found in petroleum cracking catalysts, paints and coatings enhancers, fertilizers additives, artificial leather production chemical products.

Applications:

There are various industrial applications for triphenyl phosphate(TPP).

It is used to manufacture paint for use on gesso, canvas, paper, charcoal etc. It may be found in fuels where it is blended with other substances to form stable mixtures.

The chemical industry uses it in the production of fuels, polymers and other detergents. It is one of many sources converted into adipic acid that then goes on to carbonates for making PET resins used to make everything from carpet backing to bulletproof vests because it has excellent resistance against hydrolysis.

It also protects against corrosion, washing off or rubbing off paint, and other environmental hazards that can lead to surface damage.
