Losartan

Losartan, also known as Cozaar and Novartis, is the first anti-hypertensive drug of the angiotensin II receptor antagonist (AIIA) class. Its chemical name is 2-butyl-4-chloro-1-[(2-(1-H-tetrazol-5-yl)[1,1-biphenyl]-4-yl)メチル]-1-H-imidazole-5-carboxylic acid, and it is generally a pale yellow solid.
